The terms governing use of Social Shop Services's services and website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Shop Services website and your use of our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Social Shop Services provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media marketing, Meta and Google Ads management, content creation, and branding. Service details, scope, timelines, and fees are confirmed with you in writing before work begins and form part of these Terms.

3. Getting Started

  • Work begins once we agree on the plan, scope, and pricing in writing (usually on WhatsApp).
  • You share the access we need (ad accounts, pages, brand assets) so we can start without delays.
  • Monthly services renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) before work begins.
  • Monthly retainers are payable in advance. Ad spend paid to Meta/Google is separate and is paid directly by you unless agreed otherwise.
  • Payment instructions are shared when we confirm your plan.
  • Fees are subject to change for future months; your fee is locked at the rate confirmed for the current period.

5. Refund Policy

  • If you have any concern about a payment or refund, contact us at 0310 8333740 and we will review your case fairly.
  • If we cancel a service or campaign, you will receive a full refund or credit for the affected period — your choice.

6. Project Work & Revisions

  • We share content and campaign drafts for your approval before publishing.
  • Reasonable revisions are included in every plan; major scope changes may be quoted separately.
  • Timelines depend on timely feedback and access from your side.

8. Honest Expectations

We provide professional marketing services and honest advice. However, results depend on your budget, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or income.

9. Intellectual Property

Marketing content created for you (posts, graphics, videos, ad creatives) becomes yours once paid in full. Our internal processes, templates, and tools remain the property of Social Shop Services.

Work you create during the course (your projects and portfolio pieces) remains yours.

10. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for general information. While we keep it accurate, service details may change; the version confirmed before work begins applies.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Shop Services's liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
